High pressure deburring cleaning machine is an industrial cleaning equipment that uses the principle of high-pressure water jet to deburr, clean and sand precision parts. This technology is an emerging technology derived from high-pressure water jet machining technology in recent years. Its basic principle is to use water as the working medium, and after being pressurized by a booster pump, it is shot at the burr target position of the workpiece from a specially designed nozzle at supersonic speed. The instantaneous impact force forms a huge stress at the root of the burr, causing it to break and peel off, while cleaning the surface of the part.

From the perspective of equipment composition, high-pressure deburring cleaning machines are usually composed of high-pressure pump units, cleaning systems, conveying systems, filtration systems, and other parts. When working, water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and reaches the high-pressure nozzle through a high-pressure pipeline, spraying out in a fan-shaped or conical shape. The strong impact force acts on the surface of the parts, producing a deburring effect. In more advanced fully automatic models, the robotic arm sends the workpiece to the designated workstation, and the high-pressure water deburring device installed on the cleaning machine body automatically performs deburring operations. For complex inner cavity structures such as deep holes and cross holes, high-pressure water deburring technology particularly demonstrates unique advantages - the robotic arm holds the workpiece and moves it up and down, allowing the high-pressure nozzle to fully penetrate the oil circuit or hole. The high-pressure water pressure is not less than 30MPa, and the burrs in the inner cavity are thoroughly removed through precise positioning.

The core technological advantage of high-pressure deburring cleaning machine lies in its ability to handle complex inner hole structures. At present, there is almost no single deburring process that can meet all product needs, and high-pressure water deburring cleaning machines can penetrate deep into the interior of parts, effectively removing burrs on the surface of parts and the inner cavity of products, as well as removing impurities such as casting sand, particles, oil stains, and chips. The equipment is equipped with water jets at various angles, such as 45 ° oblique angle and 90 ° double-sided water jets, which can be used for direct spraying, point spraying, and fan spraying, fully covering the surface of cleaning parts and penetrating into the inner cavity of product cross holes, oblique holes, blind holes, threaded holes, small holes, etc. Through CNC programming control, the water jet pressure can be adjusted by frequency conversion, precise positioning, and control of rotation angle, speed, pressure, and position. The filtration level can reach 5 μ m, and the deburring rate after cleaning can reach over 99.9%.
