Some large oil and liquid storage containers, some tank cars transporting oil and solution, ships and oil pipelines generally have the requirements of anti-corrosion and anti scaling, while the traditional anti-corrosion

The corrosion and scale prevention method is to rely on regular or irregular manual brushing and cleaning. If ultrasonic device is used, the problem of corrosion and scale prevention can be better solved.

Ultrasonic anti scaling is a kind of anti scaling method with simple operation, higher environmental protection and energy saving efficiency. It has been applied in petroleum, electric power, chemical industry, pharmaceutical and other industrial fields. The mechanism of ultrasonic scale prevention and removal. The scale formation modes in production and life are biological scale, chemical reaction scale, crystal scale, particle scale, etc. the scale types include scale, rust scale, oil scale, carbohydrate scale and polymer scale.

The scaling process is generally divided into three steps:

One is the formation of supersaturation of scale forming substances; The second is the formation of scale core; Third, the scale grows larger.

Ultrasonic scale prevention and removal is to use ultrasonic strong sound field to treat the fluid, destroy the scaling conditions, and make a series of changes in the physical properties and chemical morphology of the scaling substances in the liquid under the action of ultrasonic field, which hinders the growth of the scaling body, so that it is dispersed, crushed, loose and loose, and is not easy to adhere to the pipe wall to form scale.
