The through type cleaning machine is an industrial cleaning equipment that uses continuous conveying to achieve automated cleaning of workpieces, suitable for the cleaning needs of large-scale production. The basic design concept is to transport the workpiece in a continuous linear motion through various functional sections such as cleaning, rinsing, and drying, completing the fully automatic cleaning process from feeding to discharging. This device has significant characteristics such as high cleaning efficiency, consistent cleaning quality, and adaptability to large-scale production.

The structure of a through type cleaning machine usually consists of a frame, a tunnel type chassis, and a conveyor belt installed inside the chassis. There are various conveying methods, including chain plate conveyor belts, mesh chain conveyor belts, roller drive systems, suspension chains, etc. The interior of the chassis is divided into several cleaning rooms and drying rooms according to their functions. The typical process flow includes feeding, spray cleaning, spray rinsing, air cutting and drying, hot air drying, cooling, and discharging. Some high-end equipment also has a flipping mechanism, which enables the workpiece to flip at multiple angles during the conveying process, ensuring that water and dirt inside blind holes are completely removed. The transmission device of the through type cleaning machine is usually controlled by frequency conversion, with adjustable speed, and can flexibly adjust the conveying speed according to the cleaning needs of different workpieces.

From the perspective of cleaning methods, the through type cleaning machine can integrate multiple cleaning techniques. The spray type cleaning machine uses a high-pressure water pump to spray cleaning solution onto the surface of the workpiece through a nozzle, and combines the chemical action of the cleaning agent to remove oil stains. The ultrasonic cleaning machine adds an ultrasonic cleaning section on this basis, using the penetration power and cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves to clean areas that are difficult to reach by conventional methods. The equipment usually adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the parts that come into contact with water are made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof, and has a longer service life. Electrical control systems often use PLC fully automatic control, with automatic and manual switching functions.

The core advantage of the through type cleaning machine lies in its continuous and automated large-scale cleaning capability. For production-oriented enterprises, the number of workpieces to be cleaned every day is huge, and traditional single or multi slot ultrasonic cleaning machines are difficult to meet the cleaning speed requirements. The through type cleaning machine precisely solves this pain point - the workpiece passes through each process section in sequence under the drive of the conveyor chain, achieving uninterrupted cleaning. The equipment can be equipped with an electric heating system and a constant temperature device, with controllable cleaning temperature and consistent cleaning effect. Through type cleaning machines are widely used in various industries for cleaning stretching parts, die-casting parts, hardware products, automotive parts, and other cleaning operations. Under normal operating conditions, the rotary cleaning machine has shown significant advantages in heavy-duty cleaning operations.

There are various variants of the through type cleaning machine in specific applications. The net chain conveyor through type cleaning machine is suitable for batch cleaning of small and medium-sized components; The hanging through type cleaning machine transports workpieces through a hanging chain, suitable for larger or irregularly shaped workpieces; The dual channel through type cleaning machine can simultaneously process workpieces on two conveyor lines, further improving production efficiency. With the continuous improvement of industrial cleaning requirements, through type cleaning machines are developing towards more workstations, more comprehensive functions, and higher levels of automation.
