High pressure cleaning machines are divided into household cleaning machines, commercial cleaning machines and industrial high pressure cleaning machines according to their purposes. Generally speaking, household multi-function cleaning equipment pursues portability and convenience, so the pressure and water flow are small, and the equipment volume is small, so it can only be used in areas with simple cleaning difficulties; Compared with household cleaning machines, commercial cleaning machines have higher pressure, water flow, longer service life and longer service life; Industrial cleaning machines have stricter requirements on water flow and pressure. At present, the application of industrial high-pressure cleaning machines can be mainly divided into five categories: water grinding, cutting, pipe cleaning, surface treatment and cleaning, tube bundle cleaning, box and tank cleaning.

1、 Water grinding and cutting

Water with very high pressure will be sprayed on the surface of the object at high speed, and the cutting and grinding of the object will be carried out by using the pressure and speed. The advantage of using water cutting is that it can provide self cooling, and will not produce electric sparks or friction sparks, thus avoiding the danger of explosion. For example, in engineering operations, it can solve the problem of large amount of smoke and dust caused by metal cutting operations; In mineral resources, it can easily cut structural steel, pipes and hull; In the maintenance industry, repair the flammable and explosive containers in ports and warehouses; In petrochemical enterprises, it can maintain and cut transport vessels and production platforms.

2、 Pipe cleaning

The substances transported in the pipeline will form adhesion on the pipe wall after a long time. If the time goes on, the pipeline will be blocked and the normal operation of the pipeline will be affected. If the high-pressure water jet is often used to clean the inside of the pipeline, the normal transmission of the pipeline will be ensured. The application of high-pressure cleaning machine can often be seen in cars, buildings and oil fields.

3、 Surface treatment and cleaning

Before the asphalt, concrete or metal coating is poured and applied, the equipment surface must be cleaned. The high-pressure washer can be used to remove rust and old coating; High pressure washing machine can be used to roughen the surface before concrete is poured again or new coating is provided.

4、 Tube bundle cleaning

The heat exchanger, evaporator and heater will use tube bundles composed of a large number of thin pipes for heat transfer. The medium transmitted in the pipeline will form attachments in the pipeline during the transmission process, which will narrow the pipeline. At the same time, the attachments will also corrode the pipeline, leading to lower efficiency of the tube bundle. The heat transfer efficiency can be recovered by cleaning the tube bundle with a high-pressure cleaner to ensure the normal operation of the whole system.

5、 Cleaning of tanks and containers

The cleaning of tanks and containers has always been a difficult problem in industrial cleaning. For example, for a reactor and a tank, it is impossible for the operator to take the machine down to the tank for cleaning, because it is very dangerous. Only good equipment can be used for cleaning in the tank. For example, using an ultra-high pressure washer with a three-dimensional tank washer can clean the inner wall of the tank and container well, and can clean without dead corners.
