With the continuous iteration and upgrading of single slot ultrasonic cleaning machines, they have been widely used in many industries. The principle of a single slot ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly to convert the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through a transducer, and radiate the ultrasonic wave into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall.

Due to the radiation of ultrasound, the microbubbles in the liquid in the tank can maintain vibration under the action of sound waves. Disrupting the adsorption of dirt on the surface of the cleaning part, causing fatigue damage to the dirt layer and detachment, and the vibration of gas bubbles scrubbing the solid surface.

The ultrasonic wave propagating in liquid can clean the dirt on the surface of an object, and its principle can be explained by the phenomenon of "cavitation": when the sound wave pressure propagated by ultrasonic vibration in liquid reaches one atmosphere, its power density is 0.35w/cm2. At this time, the peak value of the sound wave pressure of ultrasonic wave can reach vacuum or negative pressure, but in reality, there is no negative pressure present, so a large force is generated in the liquid, Crack liquid molecules into voids or cavitation nuclei.

This cavity is very close to a vacuum, and it ruptures when the ultrasonic pressure reaches a high level in the opposite direction. The strong impact generated by the rupture impacts the dirt on the surface of the object. This shock wave phenomenon caused by the rupture of countless small cavitation bubbles is called "cavitation" phenomenon.
