The deburring technology of high-pressure cleaning machine is a flexible processing method that uses the strong cutting force of high-pressure water jet to remove burrs. Through practical verification, this process has the advantages of stable deburring effect, high production efficiency, and easy automation operation.

Currently, many metal workpieces in industrial production often produce burrs in local or partial positions after cutting processing. If these burrs are not removed, they will cause many unnecessary problems. For example, burrs and falling metal powder on hydraulic valve bodies and pneumatic parts may cause severe turbulence or non laminar flow once they enter hydraulic or pneumatic systems, leading to filter or pipeline blockage; During the cutting process, if burrs are placed on the base surface of the part, it will seriously affect the accuracy of the machining. At present, there has been significant development in deburring technology worldwide, and high-pressure water jet technology is a new type of cleaning technology that has gradually matured in recent years. It has the characteristics of low investment, easy automation, environmental protection, and no pollution generation. Using a high-pressure cleaning machine to remove burrs, the operation is both gentle and thorough, and parts that cannot be manually processed or are difficult to handle can be easily cleaned. At present, many companies still use manual cleaning to remove burrs, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. However, using high-pressure cleaning machines for cleaning operations can easily solve this problem.

The principle of deburring technology for high-pressure cleaning machines is to pressurize water through a high-pressure pump. The pressurized water is then transported to a high-pressure nozzle through a high-pressure pipeline and sprayed out in a fan-shaped, conical, or other shape. The powerful impact force of the high-pressure water jet on the parts is used to achieve the purpose of deburring.
