According to the actual situation on site, set aside walking type electric control cabinet feet with variable height; In order to strengthen the internal reliability of the system, anti-interference measures with PLC as the core have been strengthened
Common application methods of bearing cleaning

Due to the different sizes of bearing parts, different cleaning machines need to be selected when selecting cleaning machines. The way of previous processing makes the stains left on the surface of parts different. This directly affects the cleaning effect. When selecting a hydrocarbon washer, consider whether the cleaning method of the washer and the cleaning of single tank or multiple tanks can meet the cleaning needs. At present, the washer equipment factory has accumulated enough experience to customize appropriate equipment according to the cleaning needs. In general, in the application of bearing cleaning, the following hydrocarbon cleaning machines are typical applications:
Through type hydrocarbon cleaning equipment
At present, through cleaning is widely used in the bearing cleaning industry. The application of such cleaning equipment is very flexible. Different cleaning processes are determined according to the number of bearings and objects to be cleaned. Different combinations of spray rinsing are used for cleaning. Finally, hot air or other methods are used for drying. The cleaning efficiency is high, and parts can be cleaned in batches. The disadvantage is that the equipment is large and takes up large space.
For bearing cleaning with high cleanliness requirements, use a three groove or multi groove hydrocarbon cleaning machine. This equipment adopts vacuum ultrasonic cleaning, shaking rinsing, vacuum steam cleaning under vacuum state, vacuum drying and other steps. The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and vapor cleaning makes the parts cleaner. Drying and recycling in vacuum can save energy.
