High pressure spray cleaning machine is a matching assembly line equipment that allows materials to be fully dispersed, rolled, and cleaned under the action of high-pressure water flow and bubbles after entering the water tank, and then transported to the next process through a conveyor belt. It can be widely used to clean various agricultural and sideline products such as fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, edible fungi, and seafood. It is an advanced equipment in today's vegetable processing, food, catering, and other industries, greatly improving production efficiency in industrial production.

The dirt washed off from the surface of the material will sink into the bottom isolation tank, and the cleaned material will be discharged and then sprayed for cleaning, ensuring a high cleaning rate and preventing further pollution caused by overturning and backflow. This machine comes with a water circulation system. The water in the low storage tank of the cleaning tank is filtered by the high storage tank, pressurized by a centrifugal pump, and then fed into the tank. The water consumption is low, which meets the water-saving requirements.

Usage of high-pressure spray cleaning machine:

(1) Connect the power cord properly. The link should correspond to the label of the power supply. Misconnection between 380V and 220V is strictly prohibited.

Note: Before adding water, check whether the fan is running smoothly before adding water. After adding water, check whether the conveyor belt motor and water pump are reversed. If they are reversed, stop the machine and change the line. Misconnection is strictly prohibited. (It is strictly prohibited to turn on the fan button before connecting the wires, otherwise water will flow back and cause damage to the fan)

(2) Turn on the main power switch. The main power switch adopts an emergency stop switch design to prevent accidents. It is possible to emergency stop the equipment.

(3) Activate the fan switch. Due to high-pressure airflow, after starting this switch, the fan may make some noise, which does not affect the use of the equipment.

(4) Activate the mesh belt operation switch. (Note: Start the mesh belt 2-3 minutes after starting the fan.).

(5) The steam source is connected to the steam inlet.

(6) Leave a large cleaning area on both sides of the cleaning machine for easy cleaning and cleaning.
