Working principle

The high-pressure plunger pump generates high-pressure water through a power device, and the high-pressure water is sprayed out through a precisely controlled nozzle system, forming a high-speed jet. When the high-speed jet impacts the surface of the workpiece, if there are burrs on the wall, significant local stress will be generated at the root of the burrs, causing them to detach from the workpiece body under the impact of the jet, achieving the purpose of deburring. At the same time, high-pressure water jet can also peel off and wash away dirt on the surface of the workpiece, achieving cleaning function. In addition, some high-pressure deburring cleaning machines may also be equipped with CNC systems, automatic cleaning systems, machine vision, and digital image processing technologies to achieve high-precision hole detection, guidance control, and automated operation.

Efficient and precise: It can quickly remove burrs in a short period of time, and the water jet can cover complex structures such as the inner cavity and blind holes of the workpiece, ensuring that burrs are completely removed. And it can protect the surface smoothness of the workpiece while accurately removing burrs by adjusting the pressure and flow rate.

Green and environmentally friendly: Only using water as the medium, no need to add chemical agents, no toxic waste liquid discharge, in compliance with environmental standards. At the same time, it is equipped with an efficient filtration device, which has a high reuse rate of water resources, low comprehensive water costs, and avoids dust hazards, improving the workshop environment.

Intelligent control: Integrated with PLC intelligent control system and multi axis linkage robotic arm, pressure, angle and other parameters can be set with one click according to different workpiece materials and burr characteristics. Real time feedback of cleaning data and automatic generation of quality reports are provided for easy traceability and process optimization. It can also seamlessly connect with automated production lines to achieve unmanned production.

Low maintenance cost: The core components are made of wear-resistant ceramic material, which extends the service life and has a low failure rate. At the same time, variable frequency drive technology reduces energy consumption and improves overall energy efficiency compared to traditional equipment.
