The through type rotary cleaning machine in the mechanical manufacturing industry has a wide range of uses. It can be used to clean small and medium-sized parts in industries such as transportation, petrochemicals, light industry production, and equipment maintenance. In addition, it can also meet the requirements for cleaning before electroplating, heat treatment, and product assembly of parts.

In some heavy cleaning tasks, the advantages of the rotary cleaning machine are very obvious. Its working principle is not complicated: the surface of the parts to be cleaned has impurities such as oil stains and dirt. The water jet sprayed by the cleaning machine will generate mechanical force, coupled with heat and the action of metal detergent. These impurities will slowly become wet and soft, then separate from the parts, and finally be carried away by the cleaning solution, thus cleaning the parts thoroughly.

As a whole, the pass through rotary cleaning machine includes several systems, including heating and temperature control system, filtering system, conveying system, spray system, drying system and electrical control system. Its body is mainly composed of a frame, a hood, and a water tank. The entire machine has a compact structure, a beautiful appearance, and complete functions.

The body is made of welded steel, which is very sturdy. The car cover can be removed, mainly made of steel plate, and installed on various frame structures of the frame, making it easy to install and remove during maintenance. The water tank has two layers, inside and outside, both made of welded steel plates, with good durability.

The main function of the heating and temperature control system is to heat the cleaning solution during equipment operation. Generally speaking, this system uses electric heating tubes to heat water-based cleaning solutions. The temperature of the cleaning solution can be adjusted from room temperature to 60 ℃, and it can be continuously adjusted to meet the cleaning needs in different situations. For example, if some parts have stubborn oil stains, the temperature can be raised slightly to improve the cleaning effect; Some parts are made of special materials and cannot be cleaned with too high a temperature, so they can be lowered slightly.

With the coordination of these systems and structures, the rotary cleaning machine can work stably, clean various small and medium-sized parts, and meet the production needs of different industries.
