In the electromechanical industry, there are cleaning requirements from mechanical parts to mechanical parts, from electrical parts to electrical parts, such as gears, crankshafts and even gearboxes, as well as mechanical and electrical assemblies on electrical parts, as well as some precision mechanical parts and electrical parts, which are inseparable from cleaning. Most enterprises adopt traditional cleaning methods, such as infiltration cleaning and spray cleaning. This cleaning method is not only labor-intensive, but also easy to cause environmental pollution and waste of water resources. At present, many enterprises begin to carry out technical transformation and adopt ultrasonic cleaning to eliminate the disadvantages of traditional cleaning, especially some mechanical parts with complex shapes, which are powerless by traditional cleaning.

Application of ultrasonic cleaning in light textile industry

Light industry, such as compressors in air conditioners, freezers and refrigerators; Watch parts, watch components, etc; Textile industry, such as precision textile equipment, spinneret, etc; The jewelry industry, such as gold and silver jewelry, jewelry and jade, needs cleaning. Some parts, components and components, such as compressors and spinnerets, have complex shapes, or blind holes and micropores, which can only be cleaned by ultrasonic. Some large-scale production plants even use ultrasonic chain or lifting complete sets of equipment.

Application of ultrasonic cleaning in surface treatment industry

Surface treatment is an integral part of the light industry, including electroplating of mechanical parts, coating of metal and non-metal chassis and cabinets, coating of optical glass or lens, etc. ultrasonic cleaning technology has become a new typical process before and after electroplating or before coating. In particular, some multi-core sockets in military electronic products must be electroplated due to quality requirements, and after electroplating, the quality requires that the multi-core must be insulated, The multi-core is often not insulated after electroplating. The resistance value is required to be infinite after immersion cleaning with acetone, alcohol and other methods, but it can not meet the quality requirements. However, ultrasonic cleaning can fully meet the quality requirements after drying. The direct introduction of ultrasonic wave into electroplating can also improve the uniformity of plating solution and the density of coating.

Application of ultrasonic cleaning in military equipment field

Military equipment is nothing more than optical, mechanical and electrical equipment or optical, mechanical and electrical integrated equipment. When military equipment is in reserve, it is stored in military warehouses. These equipment can not avoid the adsorption and pollution of dust and dirt in reserve, training and exercise. In particular, some complex weapons and equipment are difficult to maintain by manual wiping. Once ultrasonic cleaning technology is used to maintain weapons and equipment, the problem will be solved
