As many friends know, most of the newly bought bearings are coated with grease, but the grease is mainly used to prevent the bearing from rusting and does not play a role in lubrication. However, the bearing is particularly easy to hide dirt, and it is generally difficult to thoroughly clean it. Even if the bearing is bought without lubricating oil, it will absorb dust due to magnetism and airflow after a long time. The "dirt community" is formed by mixing sweat stains, moisture, etc. in the bearing, between balls, and at the gap, which is "fatal" to the rotation of the bearing. Therefore, bearing cleaning is very important, and a powerful tool - hydrocarbon cleaning machine was introduced to solve the problem of bearing cleaning.

1. How to Clean Bearings Correctly

Using environment-friendly hydrocarbon cleaning machine, fully automatic cleaning system, anhydrous vacuum cleaning technology, energy-saving, environment-friendly, intelligent, flexible, more efficient and high-quality cleaning mode, comprehensive oil and rust removal, no dead angle cleaning, easy to solve the problem of precision bearing cleaning, no need to disassemble and rotate the bearing, no damage can be removed bearing grease, adhesive, oil and other dirt, but also the flexibility of the bearing.

2. Precautions for bearing use

Bearing is a precision component, and its use must be carried out with corresponding caution. No matter how high performance bearings are used, they will not achieve the expected high performance if used improperly. Precautions for the use of bearings are as follows:

① Keep the bearing and its surroundings clean

Even if invisible tiny dust enters the bearing, it will also increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing. The bearing and its surrounding accessories shall be kept clean, especially dust and dirt. Tools and environment must also be kept clean.

② Precautions for use and installation

It is not allowed to punch forcefully, strike the bearing directly with a hammer, or transmit pressure through rolling elements.

③ Use proper and accurate installation tools

Try to use special tools, and avoid using cloth and short fiber.

④ Prevent bearing corrosion

When the bearing is directly held by hand, the sweat on the hand should be fully washed and coated with high-quality mineral oil before operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention in rainy season and summer. However, under some special operating conditions, the bearing can obtain a longer life than the traditional calculation, especially under light load. These special operating conditions are the possible surface damage when the rolling surface is effectively separated by a lubricating oil film and the pollutants are limited. In fact, under ideal conditions, the so-called permanent bearing life is possible.
