1. Safety of hydrocarbon cleaning machine tank
The cleaning solution cooling device is installed for temperature control (the machine will automatically stop in case of abnormal temperature). The liquid level gauge uses optical fiber sensor, the amplifier is collected in the electric box and relay box, and the box is connected with compressed air to isolate it from the outside world. The circulating pumps are all equipped with explosion-proof devices, tanks, filters, and the pipeline system is installed with grounding wires. The upper part of the tank is installed with exhaust ports, and the automatic valves are all pneumatic valves
2. Safety of hydrocarbon drying tank
Liquid sealed vacuum pump, booster pump, detergent filter pump and return pump are all equipped with explosion-proof devices; The liquid level gauge uses optical fiber sensor, the amplifier is collected in the relay box, and compressed air is introduced into the box to isolate it from the outside; The liquid sealed vacuum pump with high safety is used for vacuum pump. The gas during vacuum exhaust is separated from the liquid in the cooling cleaning solution, which greatly reduces the gas concentration. The tank pipeline system is installed with grounding wire and interlock device. The valve will not open until the steam reaches the specified vacuum degree; All automatic valves use pneumatic valves. The high-temperature part of the tank piping system is insulated

3. Transportation safety of hydrocarbon washer
The motor is used for moving horizontally. The cylinder is used for moving up and down the scale, and the 24V photoelectric sensor is used
4. Electric control safety
The electric control box is connected with compressed air to isolate it from the outside. The relay box is connected with compressed air to isolate it from the outside. The fluorescent lamp is explosion-proof
Others: the lower part of the washing machine is installed with a drip tray, and the sliding window is made of glass with mesh
