Now the spray washer is used frequently. It is not a trouble to know its principle. Here are some principles:

1. High pressure spraying is the main cleaning method for the cleaning machine, and hot water at about 80 ° C is the main cleaning force.

2. The equipment is composed of hot alkali water spray section, disinfection water spray section, drying section, etc. The disinfection water spray section and drying section can be determined according to customer requirements.

3. The disinfectant in the disinfection water tank is dripped after manually adjusting the concentration. The alkali water tank is respectively equipped with steam heating pipe and electric heating pipe; The water temperature in the two water tanks is automatically controlled, and the room temperature is set at 80 °.

4. Each circulating water tank adopts horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump for circulating spraying from top to bottom. Spray and wash the basket at the same time in the left and right directions; Each water tank is designed with two filtering devices to facilitate the cleaning of stolen goods at any time; Each water tank is equipped with a separate sewage cleaning valve, which is intercepted for discharge.
