The impact kinetic energy of the cleaning solution is the main fruit element affecting the effect of pressure washing. The greater the impact kinetic energy, the better the flushing effect. According to the flushing pressure, pressure flushing can be divided into high pressure flushing, external pressure flushing and low pressure flushing.

High pressure washing is called high pressure washing when the washing pressure is more than 1 MPa (about 10 kgf/cm2). It mainly relies on the impact energy of high pressure water column (or cleaning liquid column) to achieve the purpose of descaling. Due to the large impact energy, general dirt can be washed down, and the dead corners, blind holes and inner cavities of the cleaned parts can be washed clean. If the cleaning liquid is used for high-pressure washing, a large amount of foam will be generated when the high-pressure washing is applied to the cleaned parts, resulting in too little foam outside the recycling system and affecting the rise of washing pressure. Therefore, clean water (hot water) is mostly used for high-pressure flushing; If it is necessary to wash parts and components with heavy oil contamination, whether to use hot water with a temperature of about 80 ℃. Sometimes low concentration cleaning solution can be used if necessary.

The commonly used high pressure flushing pressure in China is about 1.5~2.0 MPa, and the cleaning effect and economy are good under this pressure. The high pressure flushing pressure used in foreign countries is relatively high, whether it reaches about 5 MPa; If hot water is used for high-pressure flushing, the flushing pressure is higher (5-7 MPa).

High pressure washing is a specific application of high pressure jet technology in cleaning. It has been widely used abroad, and a lot of research has been done on the basic theory and application of high-pressure jet. High pressure washing has been applied to ship rust removal and removal of marine organisms attached to the hull in China; The railway locomotive and vehicle repair department has started to use high-pressure washing to clean the bogie and the bottom of the vehicle. The effect is very good. In addition to removing dirt, rust and old paint can be washed down.

One of the characteristics of high-pressure flushing is whether ordinary clean water (self draining water) is used as the cleaning medium, and whether heating is unnecessary. In order to reduce the pollution to the environment and save water, whether the sewage can be reused after being purified by a set of wastewater circulating treatment device. The cost of high-pressure water flushing is relatively low.

High pressure flushing has high requirements for the liquid supply system (mainly the pump and its driving mechanism) and the infusion system (mainly the high-pressure pipeline and its connecting device). In addition, it should be pointed out that high pressure liquid column or water column can harm human body in a short distance, so attention should be paid to consumption during operation. Pure water equipment, ultrasonic washing machine, full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
